A large part of our work since 2004 has been for NGOs and charities across Malaysia, and the request is always the same shape: we need to take donations online, and we need to be able to account for every ringgit. Taking the money is easy. Accounting for it is where most off-the-shelf donation plugins fall down.

What a donation platform actually needs

The campaign page is the part everyone sees. These are the parts that decide whether the platform can be trusted:

Malaysian payment gateways, plus international cards

Most Malaysian donors give through FPX online banking, so we build on the local gateways that do FPX well — Billplz, SenangPay and ToyyibPay. For NGOs with overseas supporters, we add Stripe or PayPal for international card donations. And if your organisation already banks with a provider we haven't named, custom gateway integrations are well within scope — we've built them before.

Who this is for

NGOs, charities, foundations, religious organisations and community groups — anywhere from a single-campaign appeal page to a full platform with donor accounts and recurring giving. We're based in Kuching, Sarawak, and we build for organisations across Malaysia; most of this work happens perfectly well over a video call.

If the campaign is a one-off — a disaster appeal, an anniversary drive — a full platform may be more than you need. A focused campaign microsite with a donation form can be live in a fraction of the time. We'll tell you honestly which one the job calls for.

How we build it

Nothing exotic — the same stack we've run for years, hosted where you can reach it, with an admin your staff can actually operate. You talk directly to the people building the platform, and after launch we stay on to maintain it.
